I need some drugs to keep myself alive. It's been kind of depressing since I stepped into school. Tons of homework are still piling up while extensive projects kept adding on. My time management have been going head wire. Screw all the exams and school work!

Anyway I know that I should not be complaining since I'm the one who put myself into such a situation. But still this is really damn tiring. I need a break. Despite this week is so called "Mid-Term Break", but yet there are so much of unfinished workload that I got to settle within this week.

So much for calling it a break?!

It's been a while since i came over to this portal to write something, be it outing, frustration or feeling. Finally, manage to squeeze in some time to update. Anyway, if you are still not updated, I'm currently studying in a local university and i'm freaking stress up in school. Never imagine that life can be so tense up and packed when you are in university. Sleeping at 4am have been a usual routine that occurs to me almost every alternate day. I was expecting a happening life in university but not as happening as staying up till 4am. Seriously, twenty four hours in university is not enough. If only time can be extended, then i can do more chores. There's so many things bothering in my life. Facing financial difficulties in life, time management problem, tons of homework and assignment, project meeting, etc. I can only say at the end of the day, only one word that can sum up the life that I am in : STRESS !

A lovely advance birthday celebration organized by my dear junior Mingky. It's all started at Kim's Family Restaurant. Unfortunately, hours before the actual celebration, I lost my way in a downpour. After long hours of sourcing, i finally reached the designated location drenched. A warmly Korean restaurant. Both the cuisines and the servers were awesome. A great day of fun and surprise from my camp mates! Especially the present that i received ~ an Ipod Touch! Something that i have been desiring for ages! THANK you all for the wonderful night!

After a heavy over-sized meal, KC and i manage to catch Iron-Man 2 in digital. The movie was pretty awesome, the effects were marvelous too!

Yes, i did it! I just went for my wisdom tooth operation yesterday, and i survived from it. To be honest i was pretty tense up before the operation. Seriously whose not nervous after hearing so much about it. Thanks god the doctor and nurses were helpful and caring, they really lessen my anxiousness. After the operation, i was calm and relax as the anesthetic was still under effect. Pain start to arrive after five hours. I was insane when the pain subsides. It's really painful! But this was due to my ignorance for not consuming the painkiller right after the operation. Stupid ME! Killing my own-self without realizing it. Bleeding seems to be the way to ease the pain, so i wasn't amazed by the excessive blood that kept flowing out from my wound. And now i should rest well at home till i can consume solidify food again.

An early Friday Morning! Woke up at 5am in the morning to prepare my lovely breakfast before heading to camp. Lovely home-made sandwich! It's not that i'm flattering my cooking skills, but the sandwiches do taste delicious! It taste even better than i expected!

Ingredients : Wholemeal bread, Tart Sauce, Tomato, Cheese, Honey-Baked Ham and Chicken Picnic Ham.

Another early activity to attend. A compulsory bowling session with all my camp-mates. We have a great time entertaining ourselves while doing all kinds of stupid pose and movement at the blowing alley. After which, head downtown with Yip while carrying my huge and hefty bag. But i survived squeezing myself and my bag through the massive crowd! I bet those folks must be swearing and cursing me when i BANG my bag at them.

A dinner with Wilson mama followed by my favorite activity - karaoke! This is my first time singing in the newly opened Party World at Yishun. The place is awesome, i pay special attention to the leg massage machine placed at a corner of the room. So cool! But it's rather painful. So do think twice before trying it. Don't say i never warned you!

Set Sail to Bintan Kelong

Finally, a well deserved break that's far far away for the district...

It all started with cabbing down to the ferry terminal with Thinesh. All of us gathered at the terminal for a final head count before setting sail across the sea to our final destination - Bintan. The journey on the ferry was longer than expected, but we have our ways of entertaining ourselves. After several hours of journey, we finally reached the Bintan Kelong! It was late afternoon when we reached. After a marvelous seafood dinner, we started a night of crazy doings. Btw, special thanks to Tong for taking good care of me after i was intoxicated.

After being trashed for a night, i still manage to wake up pretty early on the next day. I kicked start the day with canoeing accompanied by Deyan GouGou. The view was awesome when you are out in the sea. The slow breeze brushing through your hair, and the chance of being close contact with the flying fishes was splendid. Of course, i got the assurance of GouGou for not capsizing before i step myself into the canoe. FYI, i can't swim. The rest of the day were spent loitering around the Kelong. Once the sun set, we started our night of karaoke again with Celine Dion - My Heart Will Go On on a single repeat track. This time round we turn into bed early. I guess all of us were exhausted due to the previous night.

On the last day, i woke up early subconsciously hoping to be in time for the dawn. The view of the Kelong in the morning was marvelous. It was calm and cooling. A scene that set you into a mood of relaxation, just like the power of Jazz. We ended our journey with a shopping trip at a Bintan grocery store before heading back to Singapore again.

A wonderful experience out in the sea ...

Movies i have watched ...

Personally, i would recommend "Date Night" out of the three movies. A hilarious movie that requires no extra brain cells to understand it. Just my type of movie. Lol! Laughter was booming the theater when it was on-going. "Clash of the Titans" wasn't that bad either. However, it's a total waste of money for the 3D effects. Seriously, the only 3D effect was the protruding subtitles which hit straight into your face! As for "The Men who Stare at Goats". It's a movie that i'm totally lost! No meaning, no storyline. Wonder what's up with the movie director?

Movies that i wish to watch ...

A list of upcoming movies that i would like to watch! That equates to spending more money. Haiz! Anyway, do JIO me if you guys and gals are interested in watching any?! Especially the first three movies! I just can't wait to watch them!

A belated birthday gathering for Tiong. Dinner was held at Pizza Hut. It's been long since i stepped into Pizza Hut. Surprisingly, their menu changed! In the hot afternoon of CNY 初三, the bunch of irases head down to Gilyn's house for an annual irases CNY gathering. The gathering was awesome, different batches of irases were gathered! Imagine the huge group of people around! Plenty of food were served. It was suppose to be a birthday celebration for our dear Lester as well, however i did not manage to stay for long as i was meeting up with my dear Wilson mama for dinner. So after parting with my lovely irases, i head down town to meet up with Wilson mama for dinner.

On CNY 初七, i was invited to Wilson mama's house for CNY gathering. Luckily i decided to meet up with Yip first, if not i might get loss while finding the place. Lol! Anyway, i guess it was more of a majong gathering, having two separate tables of majong kakis! Pretty amazing! Since i am a majong idiot, i spent most of my time karaoke-ing with Sze Jun hamster. And not forgetting to camwhore!

Once again met up with my dear irases. We had our lunch followed by a crazy Wii session. It was literally crazy. I laughed so hard while watching them played the Wii games. A fantasy Disney fairytale that I watched with Alvin, Cedric and Tiong last week. A film with a hidden morale. It teaches you the ability of oneself. The ability to make your own decision and choose your path in life. It always feel great to engage yourself in a childhood fairytale!

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

A scientific narrative film introduced by Colin. A film that requires in-depth understanding. Besides the lovely relationship between the male and female lead, the idea of being able to erase a person's memories in the story was pretty interesting. If we were given a choice to erase unhappiness memories, would you do it?

Being Human

Another local film directed by Jack Neo. I managed to watch it with Lien and Cedric last Saturday. A comedy that tries to highlight the importance of making the right choices in life and never commit yourself into evil works. But how many people can really do it? I bet even the director himself can't answer you.

From Paris with Love

An action film that I will not initiate to watch. But some how or rather I was conned into watching it. All thanks to Magesh, Wei Kiang and Deyan. Ha-ha! Before hand I was told that we were watching The Wolfman. After watching it for 30 minutes, I realized something was wrong. Why didn't the wolfman appear at all?! Only till the end of the show then I was told that The Wolfman was sold out pretty fast; thus they brought the tickets for From Paris with Love instead. Thank you guys for the surprise huh!

72 Tenants of Prosperity

A Hong Kong comedy film that I watched with Wilson mama. It is a really hilarious film! If you are feeling EMO, this is the awesome film for you. I bet you will laugh your way out of the theater! And believe it or not, there were also emotional scene in the film that makes you cry. Most importantly, not forgetting that my gorgeous Linda Chung is in the film too!

The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus

A fantasy film that I watched with Cedric. Both of us simply can't understand a single shit from this film. Probably it is just too fantasy for us to understand! This is the first time that I walked out of the theater not knowing what I have just watched. If I'm the movie reviewer, I would gave a zero to the movie.

The best way to kick start a day would be consuming an awesome delicious breakfast. So, after our last remedial physical training, Wilson mama, Thinesh and i decided to award ourselves with a marvelous meal at Cafe Cartel. But we get a little carried away. Beside consuming the main course, we put on extra calories for sending loaves of bread down into our stomach. Regrets...

After breakfast, Wilson mama and i headed down to town as i was supposed to attend the SMU matriculation event. The whole matriculation was rather fast. In less than twenty minutes i have already processed all my particulars and information. The students and professors were very friendly except for a few. Sadly, these few belongs to my faculty. Pray hard that i won't bound into them when i enter! For the rest of the afternoon, we were strolling around the mall until we got tired and decided to settle down in Ice Cream Cottage. That's when Kahao joined us!

In the evening, we move on to Katong for another round of karaoke session where Szejun joined us shortly! We have awesome fun in there, but this time round the session seems shorter. Probably times fly when one is having fun! Lastly, I would like to thank Wilson mama for accompanying me for the whole day! Alex boi boi really appreciate it! Hugz!

The night where love is in the air. The very first wedding dinner that i attend as a friend. Not knowing why, but i was pretty excited about it. Lol. Congrats to our little dearies Yanqing! The wedding dinner was really awesome! It was also a great opportunities for all the lovely irases to meet up again and have fun! A night of craziness and laughter. As usual, we are a crazy bunch of irases!

Once again a year has passed. Without much effort, we leap into a brand new year 2010. That's how time mercilessly move on, leaving us no trace of evidence other than our age. Thankfully, i have a bunch of lovely friends and family who leave traces of happiness and laughter in my life. I really appreciate all those care and concern given to me. Thanks to all lovelies out there!

I had a wonderful karaoke session with my dear Wilson mama and his fellow friends in the afternoon. Thanks to Wilson mama's friend, we got a free ride down to Katong for a very reasonable karaoke session. Wilson mama and his friends are awesome singers! I was only there to do backup singing cause all of them are so great that i don't dare to sing. Lol. But my pitching that day was kind of off. Anyway, i had awesome fun! And thanks Wilson mama for the yummy western treats!

In the evening, I met up with my dearies group of girls - Christina, Lili, Winnie and Yujun. We settled down at ThaiExpress for dinner. It's a belated birthday dinner specially for our birthday girls Christina and Lili. It's my virgin dinning experience at ThaiExpress. The food was not that bad but the portion seems kind of small. After dinner, we went for a movie and decided on The Treasure Hunter. The choices were pretty limited as I had watched most of the other films. The only point that i felt like commenting about was Lin Chi Ling has improve in her acting skills! Other than the film was kind of average.

The last day of the year. A half day work. A day not to waste! I met up with Wilson mama for a run in the afternoon. But end up we did more chit chatting than the actual work out. We should meet up for more work out next time. A new year resolution : more exercise in the year 2010! After which meet up with my lovely irases for a steamboat buffet at Tian Tian Lai. Sadly, i didn't manage to join them till count down since i have to head out early the following day. But we always have next year right?!

The second day of a brand new year. I simply spent it at Orchard. Meet up with dear Yip for a crazy shopping therapy. But i ended up with empty handed while he kept spending his money off. Oops, I shouldn't be mentioning this right?! Lol! After depart with Yip, i met up with my fellow batchy - Alvin, Cedric and Lien for dinner. We went to DOME after much discussions. Another new dinning experience for me. The food were kind of average. But it's always the great accompany that spices your dinning experience. Chamwhoring were our activities for the rest of the night until we got tired of it and settled down at Xing Wang till midnight.

A movie night with my wilson mama and nicholas. An awesome movie night with great accompany! The chipmunks are simply adorable. If you have catch the first one, i would say you shouldn't miss out the second episode. Of course, there were a number of random shots around the mall. Even the cctv capture our movement. So paise!

In the Squeakquel, pop sensations Alvin, Simon and Theodore end up in the care of Dave Sevilles twenty-something nephew Toby (Zachary Levi). The boys must put aside music superstardom to return to school, and are tasked with saving the schools music program by winning the $25,000 prize in a battle of the bands. Once again it's Christmas! Wishing all a bless and joyful Christmas! Finally i'm back on blogging again, i have not been updating my blog lately due to the technical problems that my computer encountered. In fact, i have not been touching my computer for weeks. The worst thing is it cost me a bomb to get it back working. The first thing that strikes my mind when i encounter computer technical problems was to check with the sole provider; thus i make call to acer and send my desktop for repair. Can you imagine a person carrying a huge bulky CPU walking around the streets and taking public transport with it? That's what i did, of course with the help of my dear friend. After a few working days, the technician gave me a call to inform me that i'm required to collect back my CPU since it's beyond repair and no cost is incurred. So i make a trip down to acer again without realising that my CPU could be repair and even if i do not wish to get it repair i still have to make a payment of sixty bucks just for the checking fees. i was totally furious about their services, the counter actually told me a different story as to what i was told over the phone. Fortunately, i managed to find a technician near my area who manage to help me to get my CPU alive again at a much reasonable price. Seriously, acer services sucks to the max. Anyway it's a lesson learnt. More updates will be coming right up! Meanwhile, hope that you guys enjoyed this awesome season!

It features the predictions that scientist have discovered over the years with regards to the situation that would occurred to the world in the coming 2012. If you think this is just a boring scientific film, you are wrong! Beside theories, the film also touch on the topic of relationship. The LOVE in a family were greatly established and enhanced in the film. If 2012 were to come what would you do before the actual day?!

A birthday celebration for our dearest amanda. We kicked start the day with a chaotic fun time at Topone. All kinds of crazy posture and actions were done in the enclosed area. Another wonderful day for a cross country cuisine. This time round we decided to try something out of the usual. And so we ended up in a korean restaurant. Kum sa ha mi da! It's the restaurant where the korean hottie Rain went when he was in Singapore! Ahhh! The food were delicious, i specially love the BBQ meat. Simply yummy! After a great korean cuisine, we decided to tour around the place and soon found ourselves in a history heritage museum, followed by a bowling session and movie. Random pictures were taken at every places where we stepped. After Deyan and Weikiang left. KC, Yip and me head down to CafeCartel for our dinner. We had such a long gossiping session in there. We ended our day with another series of crazy camwhoring. It is an awesome fun day!

A romance comedy film watched with Farouk, Cedric and Herman last sunday. Soo-ji and Jae-joon were once a couple until Jae-joon could not take her lies anymore. Years later, they meet each other again and the situation is changed. A Russian organized crime syndicate sets out to steal an advanced chemical weapon from Korea and two secret agents from separate departments are assigned to stop them. Soo-ji is a veteran secret agent who has mastered all forms of martial arts, and Jae-joon is a rookie cop and always goofs up on the job. While the two work out their relationship, they go behind each others backs to fulfill their mission to save the world! A damn funny film. I laughed so hard throughout the movie that i had stomach cramps after it ends. My friends were asking me if it's that funny cause i started laughing right from the start. An awesome movie that worth watching in big theater. By the way, Ha-Neul Kim is damn gorgeous, if you really like her performance, you should watch the korean drama On Air. She's a great actress! I'm so in love with her! LoL!

The evening of 31 Oct was enjoyable! A day where AF0501 gathered to celebrate the wonderful birthday of our dearest Peiling. The theme of the day was rainbow. And all thanks to the creative Beeting who came out with the idea of wearing a different color each for the party. My color of the day was yellow! I had so much fun meeting up with the AFs, you guys are still as awesome as ever. However, some failed to turn up. If only everyone was at the party, it will be so much fun. Anyway, when the AFs gather, there's always a series of flashes, because all of us are cam-whores. There were so many unglamorous photos taken, it's better not to declare them over here. LoL! At the party i also met Derrick who happens to celebrate his friend's birthday next door. So coincidence! What a wonderful night!

We had breakfast at McDonalds, followed by lunch at WARAKU and high tea at Starbucks. Another day of nothing but food. OMG, i'm so gonna put on weight! But we had fun chit chatting and bitching!

I'm sure everyone of us is bound to face sadness and sorrow in life, at this point of time we will always need a special someone to encourage us and help us move on. While waiting for a helping hand, why not extend ours to assist the needy too? On a side note, Jennifer Aniston is still as pretty as ever!

Last thursday i had a wonderful high tea buffet session with my fellow bros. We head down to my favorite place Yum Cha for the awesome dim sum buffet that I have craving on for one week. Don't get the wrong idea, i'm not a pregnant mummy who gets craving for food. Colin, Kc, Weikiang, Tong and I were crazily chit chatting during the tea session. I guess we are the only group that seated in the restaurant for the longest time. After which we head down to city hall by walking. I'm so regret in agreeing with them to walk down to city hall, it was seriously a long journey! We watched My Sister's Keeper on the same day too and that's when Deyan joined us. A great day with great accompany! You bros are awesome!

Last saturday marks an important date for our dearest Fuzzy. Fuzzy Miz turns 21st! Happy Birthday Girl! We had this awesome surprise for her and all credits go to the event planner Amanda. Hweehua, Amber, Quanzhi and I were there to create the atmosphere for our dearest, hope that she wasn't disappointed. We had awesome fun and surprises that day. On a side note, 22nd Oct was my buddy Jieyong birthday, Happy 21st Bro! It's too bad that you can't join us for celebration. Do make up for it someday! I heart my poly pals!

This was the first Ice Age film that i watched out of the three series. A rather hilarious cartoon. A film that feature friendship and family love too. It is just the usual type of film that i would watched. Probably it's time to broaden up my taste for films, trying out different types of films once in a while.

A wonderful film watched with deyan, weikiang, kc and tong last thursday. My Sister's Keeper is a 2009 American drama film directed by Nick Cassavetes based on a novel. The story started with Sara and Brian Fitzgerald. They have a son and a two-year-old daughter, Kate who was diagnosed to have leukemia. Their only hope is to conceive another child, specifically intended to save Kate’s life. For some, such genetic engineering would raise both moral and ethical questions; for the Fitzgeralds, Sara in particular, there is no choice but to do whatever it takes to keep Kate alive. And so here come along with their third child Anna.

A fascinating film that send my tears rolling down my cheek while the movie goes. A story that emphasis on the relations in a family. The willingness to scarify for one another so long it benefits the other. The strong sense of belonging. I simply love the storyline! Most of the audiences were sniffing away throughout the film. A saddening story that touches everyone hearts. Despite the story is frictional, but i believe that everyone in a family do care for each other, it just that in real life it’s harder for them to convey the love across openly. I really enjoyed the film. The ending was kind of surprising as well, a twist to the whole story line. I just can't wait to grab hold of the novel and start reading it!

The film depicts events in the life of chef Julia Child in the early years in her culinary career, contrasting her life with Julie Powell, who aspires to cook all 524 recipes from Child's cookbook during a single year. A film that transmit the importance of chasing after your dream. One will never succeed in life, if he only dream without action.

A film watched with kc, colin, woon and tong yesterday. A wonderful story that highlights the simplicity and yet complicating relationship of lovers. An author whose another believers for fate. I'm also a believer. I believe that everyone we met in daily life are all linked by the word : FATE. There's always a reason in terms of the people we meet, friends that we had made and even family who are bond with us. Even so I'm sure GOD always have his reason for the fate that he had allocated for all of us. I also love the part where the author described the sadness in breaking up. Couples always felt sad when they broke up as they always focus on the great things that they had accomplished during their relationship and neglected the unhappiness in it. And i'm so agree with the sentence.

It has a great storyline. A Korean drama that i highly recommend!

The plot : a young photographer Thun and his girlfriend Jane discover mysterious shadows in their photographs after fleeing the sceen of an accident. As they investigate the phenomenon, they find other photographs contain similar supernatural images, that Thun's best friends are being haunted as well, and Jane discovers that her boyfriend has not told her everything. A horror film that spice up your boring life!

Through her bubbly personality, she affects Kit for the better. However, just as their relationship begins to stabilize and win acceptance from Min's family, Min is diagnosed with cancer. A lovely story that features the sacrifices and acceptance in a relationship.

Upon seeing them so discouraged, the sympathetic bar owner offers his place for them to open up a host club by themselves. With the help of his granddaughter, Chika (who has a heart disorder), and despite the combination of their initial confusion, personal problems and a typhoon that almost blew the place down, they gradually find the true meaning of friendship, trust and love. Caught the film Surrogates with weikiang, dayan, hui and nicholas today. It is a 2009 science fiction film, based on the 2005–2006 comic book series. The plot : FBI agents (brue willis and radha mitchell) investigate the mysterious murder of a college student linked to the man who helped create a high-tech surrogate phenomenon that allows people to purchase unflawed robotic versions of themselves – fit, good looking remotely controlled machines that ultimately assume their life roles – enabling people to experience life vicariously from the comfort and safety of their own homes. The murder spawns a quest for answers: in a world of masks, who’s real and who can you trust? In fact in real life, there is already difficulties faced in entrusting others beside yourself. With the implementations of machinery, this world will be even more chaotic than we can imagine. The emotions part of humans will be neglected as well. Let's hope that there will never be a day like what was shown in the film.

I was wondering if i should share the comments with him? I have to admit that i agreed with certain part of the comments. After weeks of reading, i have finally completed the book The Time Traveler's Wife. It's an awesome novel published in 2003 by Audrey Niffenegger. It is a love story about a man, Henry with a genetic disorder that causes him to time travel unpredictably, and about his wife, Clare an artist who has to cope with his frequent absences and dangerous experiences. I know i'm kind of slow in reading, but good things takes time to appreciate right? I simply love this novel! I'm especially moved by the part where Henry wrote a letter for Clare when he's dead. While reading the letter, my emotions was chaotic, it's just like how Clare felt when she reads the letter. Tears were rolling down my cheeks. A really touching novel that you should check it out too!

Whiteout is a 2009 feature film, based on the 1998 comic book. A U.S. deputy marshal Carrie Stetko(Kate Beckinsale), the only one assigned to the US base in Antarctica, has to investigate a likely murder on the frozen continent, she must also solve the crime within three days due to an incoming storm. She crosses paths with a UN operative (Gabriel Macht), also investigating the possible murder. But whilst searching the frozen tundra they find a body and uncover something far more unusual buried deep in the snow. A film watched with alvin and cedric yesterday. An awesome thriller film! It does send your nerves to excitement with all those awesome killing scene. I know i sound like a psycho, but you got to watch it to understand the breathtaking of the film.

An eccentric New Yorker played by Larry David abandons his upper class life to lead a more bohemian existence. He meets a young girl from the south and her family and no two people seem to get along in the entanglements that follow. This is a comedy also starring Ed Begley Jr., Patricia Clarkson, Conleth Hill, Michael McKean, Evan Rachel Wood, and a number of other amusing types. A film watched with amanda, beeting and xue jiao yesterday. Despite the film was kind of narrative, but it is still very funny. I just love the meaning of this film - whatever works. There's just no boundaries and reasons to love, be it age, gender or culture so long that it works out in you life!

I was out with fuzzy, beeting and xue jiao last saturday. Our actual destination was geylang but soon we found ourselves ended up at marina square. Settled our dinner in manhattan fish market. The food served, especially the seafood platter, were so much better than fish and co! Yummy-licous!

I know that i'm kind of slow, but i have just started to engross myself with the loves in the drama - Boys over Flowers. It is the highly anticipated remake of the famous Japanese comic book series. Jan-di, the Heroine, is the poor but bright girl who has a strong sense of justice and full of vitality. She transfers to an exclusive high school where only the rich go. In there, she encounters with the four rich and quirky boys (Jan-di, Joon-pyo, Ji-ho and So I-jeong) and experiences love and friendship.

Just caught the sneak preview of The Ugly Truth with amanda and jie yong today. It is a 2009 American romantic comedy film. Abby Richter (Katherine Heigl) is a romantically challenged morning show producer whose search for Mr. Perfect has left her hopelessly single. She's in for a rude awakening when her bosses team her with Mike Chadway (Gerard Butler), a hardcore shock jock who promises to spill the ugly truth on what makes men and women tick. The film is totally awesome! I laughed so hard that i almost got stomach cramps! Btw, there's quite a number of scene with sexual content. Ola-la!
