The Proposal is an American romantic comedy film. The plot : when high-powered book editor Margaret (SANDRA BULLOCK) faces deportation to her native Canada, the quick-thinking exec declares that she’s actually engaged to her unsuspecting put-upon assistant Andrew (RYAN REYNOLDS), who she’s tormented for years. He agrees to participate in the charade, but with a few conditions of his own. The unlikely couple heads to Alaska to meet his quirky family (MARY STEENBURGEN, CRAIG T. NELSON, BETTY WHITE) and the always-in-control city girl finds herself in one comedic fish-out-of-water situation after another. With an impromptu wedding in the works and an immigration official on their tails, Margaret and Andrew reluctantly vow to stick to the plan despite the precarious consequences. The Proposal is marvelous! A lovely film that makes you wonder where's your true love is.


After eating from the Tree of Knowledge, primitive villager and reputed slacker Zed (Jack Black) begins to question the meaning of life. His new enlightenment puts him at odds with his village and he is forced to flee. Reluctantly joined by his friend Oh (Michael Cera), they go on a search for the answer but end up wandering through situations beyond their wildest dreams. It is suppose to be a comedy film, but i wasn't entertained at all. The story line is boring. In fact, i fell asleep as the movie goes. An unrecommended film!

Confessions of a Shopaholic is a 2009 film adaptation of the Shopaholic series of novels by Sophie Kinsella. The plot : Rebecca Bloomwood is a 25 year old who lives with her best friend Suze in a trendy part of town. She has a shopping addiction but her job doesn't pay enough. Her bills kept piling up. She tries cutting back and making more money. However it wasn't easy, in fact it leads her to a series of unsolvable problem.

A horror plus comedy chinese film. Three in one stories directed by jack neo, featuring the story of a conman, army reservists and the continuation of the movie money not enough 2. Overall, the film does not feature much horror scene, however it does have a lot of stupid and hilarious jokes. So if you are looking for a good laugh, this will be the right movie for you.

Hairspray

Hairspray is a 2007 American musical film based from John Waters's 1988 comedy film. The film follows the "pleasantly plump" teenager Tracy Turnblad as she simultaneously pursues stardom as a dancer on a local TV show and rallies against racial segregation. A film of passion and courage. Stand up for what you believe in and never give up to the obstruction faced.

District 9

District 9 is a science fiction film that depicts a fictional world where extraterrestrials have become refugees in South Africa. Living in slum-like conditions on Earth, these extraterrestrials suddenly find a kindred spirit in a government agent that is exposed to their biotechnology.I wonder who were the people that offer such high rating for the film? I'm just totally disgusted by all the scene. Bloody scene that makes you pukes were appearing every second. Note:if you have a weak heart, do not attempt to watch it!

Mamma Mia!

I'm so freaking obsess with the film Mamma Mia! An awe-inspiring film adapted from a 1999 west end musical incorporated with the songs of successful pop group ABBA. The story begins at the remote Aegean island hotel, Villa Donna, run by Donna Sheridan (Meryl Streep), her daughter Sophie (Amanda Seyfried), and Sophie's fiancé Sky (Dominic Cooper). Prior to Sophie's forthcoming marriage, Sophie nervously posts three wedding invitations to three different men, one of whom she believes may be her father. From three cities across the globe, three men set off to return to the island, and the woman that had enchanted each of them 20 years earlier... This will be the film that will bring your emotions on a roller coaster trip. BRAVO!
